About
Meet Michelle West
I help individuals who are struggling to make sense of toxic relationships, unhealthy behavioral patterns, and family estrangement.
These experiences can leave you feeling isolated, uncertain, and disconnected from the person you once were. You may know that something is wrong but have difficulty putting your experience into words. You may also feel pressure to forgive, reconnect, remain silent, or continue accepting behavior that causes you pain.
My role is to provide a compassionate and nonjudgmental space where you can speak honestly, explore what you have experienced, and determine what moving forward means for you.
I believe everyone deserves relationships built on mutual respect, honesty, accountability, and emotional safety. I also believe that healing begins when you stop dismissing your own experience and start listening to what your emotions, values, and boundaries are telling you.
“I underestimated how hard it would be adjusting to working from home, but with Dr. Schell’s help, I was able to regain focus.”
